Steps 1 + 2 are discussed in Part 1 of this series and today we're talking about how the macros measure up.
Step 1: Consider how frequently you are eating the food (and if you should even bother checking the label)

We're breaking down all of the following elements:
Serving size
Calories
Fat - including saturated fat + trans fat
Cholesterol
Sodium
Carbohydrates - including dietary fiber, total sugar + added sugar
Protein
Micronutrients
