Meg brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the show, presented with such humility and warmth. This episode is packed with God-centered advice on navigating the ups + downs of pregnancy, raising a family, pivoting life plans, navigating body image struggles, and so much more!
Meg Buchanan is a wife, mother of 2 with another on the way (due in April 2022!), and a group fitness instructor with a decade of experience. She is currently a stay-at-home mother to her boys along with being a fitness coach, lifestyle photographer, and birth doula in her free time. Most core to her identity, Meg is a follower of Christ, with immense gratitude for the way her passions allow her to serve others and glorify God in all that she does. She believes that God created all of us with a purpose of loving and serving Him and loving others. As Colossians 3:17 reads, “And whatever you do, in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him.”
