This episode covers a body image topic that's not always easy to hear, yet SO critical in the process of healing your relationship with your body. Today, I talk about how your judgement of others actually negatively affects your own body image.
I talk about everything from the different forms that judgement can come in (*ahem* yes the judgmental thoughts in your head count too), how those thoughts + comments negatively affect you too, and how to shift this approach. Imagine if every time you judged someone for their body, your rather commented on a personality attribute that was positive - just think about how that would benefit others and yourself.
